We are convinced that the key to good Printing is to use the most appropriate Technology and Equipment based on the demands of the Job. At Phoenix, we do just that. Consequently, we employ our Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 – 40inch 4-colour Press a high-speed, five-colour press – Heidelberg Printmaster 52 and a brand new Heidelberg Speedmaster 74 to rapidly and efficiently complete all our full-colour large and small format work – such as Brochures, Annual Reports, Calendars, Books and Catalogs and full-graphics’ Labels.

Our Heidelberg MOZP, One Komori Sprint II-226 and are employed for our smaller twin pass process colour work, as well as for one and two-colour jobs. They are particularly appropriate for our single-colour text-book category as they too, offer the feature and benefit of Perfecting, thereby allowing the simultaneous printing of both sides of a text-book page. We have expanded our product offerings into the Quick Print and small volume book and monograph print-market by employing the capabilities of our multi-purpose Xerox 4127, Xerox X700 and more recently our new Xerox CP1000 Digital Press and an Oki 941DN that allows us to print white.we are able to turn around small and mid-volume full process-colour jobs within hours of art-work approval, using these digital technologies. Our digital printing capabilities are also extended into the area of Wide Format poster and banner products, employing our 60-in high-performance, 2 multi-functional Mimaki JV3 SP-160 wide-format inkjet printer.

All our presses and print processes can accommodate many variations, grades and quality of papers and ink. We employ only the highest quality digitally imaged or pre-sensitised plates and offset blankets, in order to ensure the highest fidelity with our Customers’ concepts. Precise repeatability is also guaranteed.
